Tasks that ask before acting.

Do a job now, or set it to repeat, like a report every weekday morning. Anything that sends or posts waits for your yes.

The Automated Tasks screen on the Run now tab. Run now and Recurring tabs sit above a form that asks what should happen and whether the AI decides the steps or follows yours, with a Runs list below.
Automated Tasks. Automated Tasks lets you describe what should happen and choose whether the AI decides the steps or follows yours.

These screenshots come from the demo build, which uses sample data. The app is not released yet, so what you see can change.

What you see

Run now or Recurring

Two tabs at the top. One does a job right away. The other repeats it.

Describe what should happen

Say what you want in plain words, and choose whether the AI picks the steps or follows yours.

One list of every job

Every job is listed below the form, so you can see what happened.

You stay in control

Scheduled jobs never send on their own.

A job that would send, share, or post stops and waits. A bell tells you it needs you, and you say yes from there.

Step by step

  1. Describe the job

Say what should happen, like "every weekday at 8, summarize my notes."

  2. Choose who plans it

Let the AI pick the steps, or tell it to follow yours.

  3. Try it first

A practice try makes no changes, so you can see what it would do.

  4. Say yes when asked

Look at each job in the list. Anything that sends waits for your yes.

Questions

Can I pause a repeating task?

Yes. You can pause it, and each time it runs has its own status.

What if an email tells it to do something?

Emails and web pages are treated as plain information. They cannot say yes for you.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. The app is built and in testing, and it has not been released.
